I do not
have a cell phone. How else can I participate?
You can also enter the contest on our website at http://www.gianttiger.com/contest/.
Please click on ÒI do not have a promo codeÓ and follow the instructions on the
screen.

How many times can I enter?
You will be allowed one entry for the instant win
portion and one entry for the top/grand prize draw. Please make sure to check
the box during the sign up process to be entered into the top/grand prize draw.
3.
Can Giant Tiger staff (or
family of staff members) enter the contest?
No. Giant Tiger staff cannot participate. Family
members living in the same house are also not allowed to participate.
4. Do I need to be a Canadian resident in order to
participate?
Yes. This contest is open to all residents in Canada that have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which
they reside.
5.
Are text
messages from all Canadian area codes accepted?
Yes.
6.
Do I need
an email address?
Yes. In order to qualify for the top/grand prize draw a
valid email address must be entered.
7.
Will
sending a text message cost me money?
Your standard message and/or data
rates will apply. This means that any text message you send out or
receive during Giant TigersÕ contest is treated just like any other text
message, according to your plan. Check with your local carrier for fees.
However there are NO additional costs to enter the contest.
8.
What is
the GT Mobile Club?
Being a member of the GT mobile club will earn you key text
messages informing you of special offers & updates.
9.
Where can
I find the valid keywords?
There are keywords shown on all advertising materials
used to promote the contest.
10.
How do I
get a promo code?
You will receive a unique promo code In a reply text message
that is sent to you after you have entered the contest.
11.
What do I do if I did not receive a reply text message with my promo code?
There is sometimes a delay in the networks and it may take a
few minutes to receive a response. If you still have not received a response
then resend your message making sure you input the keywords exactly as shown on
the ad.
12.
The text
message I am trying to send wonÕt go through. WhatÕs wrong?
Your cellular plan needs to have texting capabilities. Be sure to input
keywords exactly as shown on ads with applicable spaces (or no space).
13.
IÕm trying
to submit the form but itÕs not working. Why?
Certain fields are required to be filled out with correct data. Check
the form for fields that are highlighted. You may have inputted your telephone
number, email or postal code incorrectly. For security reasons we only accept a
certain number of entries per ip address (computer
location). If you have entered several times from one computer using different
identification, the system will not accept your form.
14.
How do I
know if I have won?
All instant winners will be notified by text message. Please make sure
to go to our website and validate your prize so we can mail it to you. Online entries will receive a message
on screen to indicate if it was a winning entry.
Top and Grand prize winners will be notified by phone or email and will
be asked to go to their nearest Giant Tiger store location to claim their
prize.
15.
I won an
instant prize. Can I still win a grand prize or top prize?
Yes! Instant prize winners can also enter the
grand and top prize draws. There is a limit of one grand or top prize awarded
per person.

How do I opt-out and stop receiving messages?
